Organic White Royal Quinoa is grown and harvested in the Uyuni Salt Flats of Bolivia, more than 4,000 metres above sea level. This unique environment provides nutrient rich soil and an ever-changing climate creating a more robust quinoa grain that is significantly larger & rounder than other types of quinoa.
Organic Whole Grain Quinoa
- Bring 2 cups of water to a boil and reduce heat to low.
- Add 1 cup of Organic White Royal Quinoa to the water, cover and let cook for 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes. Do not remove cover.
- After 5 minutes remove cover, fluff quinoa using a fork or spoon and serve.
Store uncooked Organic White Royal Quinoa in an airtight container and place in pantry or a similar low light storage area. Protect from direct sunlight to maintain flavour and texture.
